[ He's a reasonable man and wants you to be happy Hiyori so he's digging something out of his pocket and tossing it to you. ] Why don't ya play with this. Maybe I'll even teach ya some tricks. [ That's right, it's a yo-yo. ]

19 months -- she's waited 19 months, allowing Shinji to coddle and make sure she was all right. She has a barrage of insults to yell at him-- all of them colorful and not exactly showing a lady like side of her. She can only glare and narrow her eyes -- already the anger is peaking and she only wants to smash his face against the solid concrete until he gets how his reaction to her wanting to train (she had even only started asking by month 9-- she was healed, yeah, she had those really bad days -- but she was even better than she was then) infuriates her. ]
Thin line, baldy. [ she's tensing her shoulders and moving in closer to him, and grabs his wrist in a bruising grip. Ignoring the gentle smell of his cologne reaching her nose -- damn that smell, too good to be on this bastard. ] I ain't broken, I don't need ya ta coddle me like a baby and [ her voice quiet, serious, angry in every sense of the word. ] Ya don't have tha damned right ta stop me from doin' things that I want ta do. [ she releases his wrist and steps back, glad to be out of the smelling range. Turns her head and starts unzipping her black vest and gives him an emotionless stare. ] Stop actin' like ya do.
Unlike some people, I need ta be able ta do this shit -- yer actin' like 'm'a weaklink, EVERYONE is. [ she finally thundered, grabbing a glass of water and moving back in close. Splashing the water onto Shinji before tossing the glass behind her. ] Ya treat one like a weaklink, we all become a weaklink. Deal wit' it, Baldy. I was fuckin' cut in half, I have good days just like I have bad days, but this does not excuse ya tryin' ta act like ya know what's best fer me, when ya obviously don't know at all.
[ She really knows herself -- she'll never be happy unless she's training -- sparring, living. She's never felt that way about anything else -- it was the only thing beyond stars that she was able too actually enjoy at this point in her life. Nothing else held that magic for her, but even stars have their limits as do the verbal fights-- she needs to move -- she needs to feel the blood, the sweat and the tears. She needs to live. And until she can find something else to fill that void -- she'd do anything to have it back. ]

Shinji is caught off guard by her sudden death grip and automatically pulls her forward a bit, looking her straight in the eye while she speaks. She's a pistol, but the kind of rage he is feeling from her isn't something he'd call normal -- not to say that he can be swayed, he can't be. When she lets go of his wrist he doesn't fire back right away, and returns Hiyori's expressionless gaze with a piercing and knowing one of his own. ]
What're ya-- [ Shinji's interruption is cut short by the cold glass of water that is thrown in his face. With his eyes shut he takes a few deep breaths, wiping the water from his eyes with his sleeve (his shirt is already wet anyway). ]
There's a big difference between what ya want and what ya need right now. Heh. [ A slight annoyed smile. ] Not that you were great at telling the difference before. [ Reckless is a word he might use to describe her. ] Ya can't just go balls out training just cause ya want to. [ He speaks slowly. ] I think we both know that's what ya'd do if I wasn't here, just 'cause yer that pissed off. [ Or to spite him!!! ] If anythin' we gotta ease ya back into it.
no subject
I won't be able ta even try ta ease into it -- figure out where ta stop and where m'limits are, if ya don't let me figure it out. [ her voice is steady, though the fingers around his tie tighten momentarily, before she lets go of it completely. Her shoulders even more tense and all she can do is hear the buzzing of something lingering just under her skin, thrumming through her veins and thundering in her ears.
She hates it, she hates him. She can't see where he's coming from just as well as he can't see where she's coming from and it's driving her insane with the need to do something more than sit around and be watched like a toddler. She wants to do nothing more than pin him against something, strangle him until he was blue in the face, before letting him breathe for a few seconds and starting it all over again.
She forces herself to step out of his field of comfort, bristling with annoyance as she turned to move in the direction of the door.] 'Cause clearly, ya don't have any idea what I need either, so fuck off.I got over gettin' cut in half, Shinji, [ she managed to grit out between clenched teeth. ] Why haven't ya?
Anyways, whatever. I'm goin' out. Don't bother lookin' fer me, I'll come back when I'm damned good n' ready ta. [ she kept going without a glance back at him. ] N' not 'fore that.

Damnit. Shinji thought to himself, wondering how he always ends up in situations where he is the one who has to be the bigger man -- the adult -- even if he doesn't want to. He is so annoyed with the younger blond that he wants to send her out the door with a good riddance and some nasty comment about her complete lack of sex appeal. Shinji wants to prove that he is over her getting cut in half by doing just that. But he knows he needs to at least try to stop her from leaving, or suffer the consequences of following her. He couldn't have her tearing up the town, or worse, getting herself course.
Before Hiyori can step out of the door, Shinji stands up and moves to the door in a flash, blocking the exit with his long and lean body. If she wants out, she'll have to go through him. ] Ya should at least tell me where yer goin' before you try to storm out. [ He can make a pretty good guess, but still isn't budging. ]
oh jesus christ, this is long.
She can feel her heart beating so hard in her chest, the taboo rhythm something that she could only put a name to-- even if she wasn't sure what it was. The anger welled, peaks – it's then his smell assaults her senses, driving it deeper through her that she was still so close to him-- though never wishing she would have to be this close again. It smells to good.
Way to good. Enough for her to let herself drown in it – let those waves of unadulterated Shinji crash over her and drag her into deeper waters – making it harder and harder to keep her wits about herself.
She keeps breathing it in, knowing that she needs to get away, needs to stop that smell from hitting her like a thousand bricks.
It's apparent that her mind is clouded – though she steels herself, or tries to as she reached up and grabbed his tie once more, yanking him down and glaring into those all knowing eyes.
She hates what she reads in those eyes. The worry-- the fact that he doesn't want her to get hurt again-- She hates it all, it makes her want to simply rip him to shreds and let whatever city dwelling animal feast upon the remains.
She just reacts by instinct, pushing forwards and kissing him hard – She's not sure why she did this, perhaps to distract him, perhaps to even just get a reaction, but she can't stop herself from being all teeth and tongue against his mouth. He tastes amazing – she vaguely notes in the back of her mind – something between chocolate and something spicy, her mind reels and her body presses up closer against him.
In the depths of her head; she knows that she never expected she'd waste her first kiss on the bastard before her – but she guesses, in some stupid lame way, that it's better that it's off of the way.
It wasn't like Shinji was a bad choice – she just didn't get why her head suddenly swam with the urge to knock him off his high perch even more, to kiss him until his lungs burned and he needed the air. It's infuriating – drives her nuts knowing that the kiss was probably better than what she ever expected it to be.
She forces herself to finish the kiss before she really ever realizes how breathless she left herself, how she ached for air or how her amber eyes told stories of how she doesn't ever understand what she just did, why she did it or what she was expecting to come from it.
She needed a way out.
The hand knotted in his tie, yanked harder, yanking him closer to her height as she leans in to speak directly into his ear. Voice soft, but deadly. ] If I knew, I wouldn't tell ya n'ways. Ya don't deserve ta know. [ lightly, she nips at the lobe, growling ferociously as she moved to shove him out of her way, hoping to save what little pride she had left with the movements. ]
I'll prolly be back before mornin', need ta do some shit. [ relax, fight with people – maybe even find some enjoyment of watching the stars. ] If not, I fuckin' hope ya drop dead 'fore mornin'.
[ she couldn't stop herself as she patted his chest hard, a mocking of the way she would slam her fist against it usually – firm, but still holding a gentle quality, as she pushed herself forwards.
Fuck him, fuck him and the horse he rode in on.
She swore she could feel the knowing eyes on her back – while confusion lingered in her own, mocking her for doing such a stupid thing.
Free.
She needed to be free.
She needed not to have her cheeks stained with red and lips tingling from how goddamned soft the bastards lips were against hers. Fuck him. Fuck him so hard with a rusty spike. She didn't deserve this. At all.
She'd kill him. ]

It's a difficult thing to surprise a man like Hirako Shinji, in fact, he's confident he could count the number of times he's truly been caught unaware on one hand -- make that two hands now. Literally stunned he is late to react to her kiss, but moves his mouth eagerly when sense catches up. He is tickled and surprised by how well Hiyori uses her mouth considering he knows this is her first kiss; thankfully he will forever have the image of her practicing on her hand engraved in his mind. Despite all of that is also slightly annoyed; this kiss was supposed to be his. And he was supposed to be sweeping Hiyori off of her feet when it happened. Of course, he always assumed it would turn out like this, in the midst of one of their battles. He didn't think Hiyori would beat him to the punch, but he's not exactly surprised she did neither. All be damned if he wouldn't do his part to contribute; Shinji wraps his long arms around Hiyori, lifting her up the smallest bit while his tongue invaded and lapped up the taste of her mouth.
Knowing that he could last much longer, Shinji frowns disappointingly when Hiyori pulls away, yanking on his tie yet again. He sighed, loud and irritably, ignoring the color in his cheeks and lips -- he won't say it out loud, but that kiss will be memorable. So she still plans on leaving? Leaving him high and dry after assaulting him and his ear just now? He couldn't just let her dot that, he had pride and other stuff to think about. Stumbling outside of the door and falling on his ass when Hiyori pushes him out of the way, Shinji glares lunging forward to take the young girls wrist. One might say he yanks her arm like she yanked his tie a minute ago. ]
Just wait a damn minute! [ Shinji bellows, knowing that she is close enough to hear him using an indoor voice. ] Where the hell d'ya think yer goin' after doing something like that?!?!?! [ Like he would really let her run away leaving him to go crazy over this all night. Oh, and just for the record, he doesn't care how hard he's gripping her wrist. ]

Amber met brown and her fanged, yet so, so sadistic smile rolled itself over her face -- taking the focus off of freckle dotted, flushed skin. ]
Out, obviously. [ her words came out like gravel, furious eyes still glaring at him, before she huffed and tilted her head to the side with an almost amused expression. She can see the way the kiss affected him; but she didn't find herself wanting to know exactly why it effected him so much. Hell, she had began to hope that it'd stun him long enough to flee, that he'd be standing there gaping; that he didn't react so fucking positively.
she could still feel his lips against hers, as a tongue peeked out and swiped across her bottom lip, moistening it as she quickly sneered and chuckled so cruelly. ] So lemme go.

I refuse. [ He said flatly pulling her closer still, and tightening his grip on her wrist the tiniest bit. Shinji uses his other hand to cup her cheek and leans forward closing the gap between them with lips ready for another kiss. He can feel her breath on his lips and closes his eyes, their lips aren't touching yet, but Shinji swears he can feel them as if they were. The taller blond nearly forgets why he did this, until the imagine of Hiyoir's malicious sneer and laughter blinks like a bright sign in his head. He carelessly drops her hand.
If she hasn't already seen through his scheme Shinji will open his eyes to meet Hiyori;s with a smug and mocking grin. He's hoping that his positive, and very real, reaction to her kiss will be enough for him to pull the wool over her eyes in this particularly cruel way. He wants Hiyori to be waiting for his kiss so he can pull away at the worst moment and say: ] Just makin' sure. [ Before he laughs in her face. It's childish, but he cannot be outdone by Hiyori, he has to at least try to embarrass her. ]
no subject
She swears can almost taste him as he drives it home that they weren't done, leaving her to yelp when he yanks back so suddenly. Her eyes widen and a scowl fixes itself upon her face. He mocked her with her own reaction -- it's not fair, she needs the last words, she knows all to well. She also needs to react fast.
She tackles him, slamming him against the cement, hand wrapped tightly around his throat as she shoves herself flat against his body, her lips moving hard against him, angry eyes, for once closed.
Her grip around his throat tightens then releases rhythmically, almost following the pace she's set for the kiss to a T. She can hear Kensei's snort and Mashiro's little giggly as they pass-by and maybe she can feel Lisa watching them with a shake of her head.
Fuck them, she thought, this was all that needed to be done. She needed to have that little upper hand against him. She doesn't care that they're whispering all to loudly that it finally happened -- that maybe everyone would get some goddamned peace and quiet now that their UST was finally RST (she'd never admit the meanings of those two acronyms were lost on her). She can only press herself further against him, lips, teeth and tongue reacting -- she just can't stop herself for reasons unknown to her. ]

And goddamnit of course those other guys had to be lurking around, he's able to ignore them, but is turning beet red regardless (and it's not just the throttling). The worst part of it all is the fact that he is is becoming turned on -- when you're alive as long as Shinji it's easy to hide these things, but he's still a man and cannot himself ignore the slow rising heat in his slacks, or the very slight tightening. This is certainly not good! He doesn't want this to happen and has panic etched into his face, thankfully he's got a trick up his sleeve yet.
Shinji grabs Hiyori's sides, unsure how it will affect her grip on his throat when he attempts to roll over on the concrete, reversing their positions. Sharp strands of blond hair fall in his face when he glares down at Hiyori, breathing rapidly. Using both hands he peels her's off of his throat, holding onto and guiding them to the ground as he dips his head for another kiss. He controls the pace this time, and moves one of his hands to slip it to the back of Hiyori's head, making the kiss a slower and deeper one. The tenderness of the moment surprises Shinji himself. In fact as he pulls away from the kiss at a snails pace, he can't even believe it. Then again, he had been spending a lot more time with Hiyori lately, and only felt the tension between them intensifying, this was what it was all building up to.
Staring at her for a moment longer with their lips a centimeter apart from each other, he curses to himself mentally, breaking through haziness clouding his mind. Before he does something he might regret, Shinji pulls away completely, quickly standing up again with his back to Hiyori. ]

She wants to tell him that it'd never happen again -- that kissing him was a complete and utter mistake. She finds that she can't, that she wants to keep kissing him, that she was so close to just jumping him all over again. Her cheeks are redder than she could've imagined them being.
Hiyori gets to her feet, slowly, glaring at his back, glancing to the side, before crossing her arms over her chest. ]
... Meet me on tha roof at 'bout midnight. Tonight. [ she breathes in heavily. ] Bring puddin' and some pizza. We needta talk. [ she quickly moved to flee.
She needed to get away for now. To think. So that's what she did. She went to hide. ]
no subject
Sure thing. [ He says brightly allowing all of the smugness to return because Hiyori really set herself up for this one. ] It's a date then! [ He shouts after her. ]
no subject
She returns with a nasty cut on her cheek and a few lingering on her shoulders and arms. She looks like she picked a fight with a lawn mower and won. That doesn't matter to her at the moment, as she gets up to go to the roof.
It's ten minutes before midnight and she already went into the warehouse to grab a small yellow note book. It held everything she wanted him to know. She figures telling him about her years alone would help him realize why she needed to fight, to train. That she feels dead inside unless she's fighting (and kissing him, her mind provides unhelpfully). It's almost sad that she knows herself this well, that as she sits down on the roof, legs crossed and middle beginning to ache from the excertion she put upon herself earlier -- she is going to bare so much of herself to a man who would probably throw it all back in her face. He always managed to do it in someway.
Her fingers curled against her stomach, the other clutching the spin of the notebook as she waited, amber eyes fixed on the moon.
She could almost taste the rejection on her tongue -- she figures in someway that this must've been how Ryuuki the dragon felt whenever Altair tossed her feelings aside. Or maybe how it felt with Zeonius would never tell Collie how he really felt in fear of being burnt by love once more. She doesn't really get why she's decided to go through with it, why she just now figures it'd be a good time to share something like this with the blond male.
Fuck, she's in to deep already. She wants to run away all over again or just put the book somewhere he can't see it. He doesn't deserve it, she tries to reason with herself, that he was almost sure to mock and tease her about having such a stupid hobby or even a story to go with it.
She yelps when she hears a sudden noise -- twisting her body too quickly, making her sharply inhale and give a quiet pained noise, ready to react either way. Amber eyes glanced around -- finding that it was just a few birds fluttering off -- disturbing her deep thoughts. She breathes in and sighs, turning herself slowly back towards the city and eyes fixated on the sky.
Relax, she told herself, the worse he could do was mock her and even then, she'd just react by beating him senseless.]

By the time it is an hour before midnight Shinji is proud of himself for not even stepping within a mile of Urahara's shop and all he has to do now is grab the pudding and the pizza. The pudding is easy enough to find, but Shinji starts worrying when he's got half an hour to return home and the pizza isn't ready. Thankfully seven minutes later it is. Twenty minutes is plenty of time to get ready. The thought stops him in his tracks. Getting ready? For Hiyori? Why should he even bother? Shinji laughed, inhaling deeply, reveling in the night air and the undeniable smell of Hiyori. She is on his clothes, that's why he wants to change, plus he's got a new sweater vest he wants to try out. He rushes home, slower than he would like thanks to his bags and the pizza, but makes it with 12 minutes to spare. Clearly he underestimated how long the return trip would take.
He sets the pizza down and throws the bags down hastily, tearing through his wardrobe until until he finds the perfectly ironed shirt that matches his sweater vest. Changing his pants and shirt doesn't take long, neither does lacing up the shoes he was already wearing, he's doing everything as fast as he can. He glances at the clock and looks in the mirror, tucking his shirt into the back of his pants, and stops again, staring at himself. It's easier to tell himself that he's changing because he can and likes to, rather than thinking it is because of a certain young blond woman who is expecting him.
After another quick glance in the mirror Shinji heads toward the roof pizza and pudding in hand. They were two things he likes separately, but he wouldn't waste time dwelling on Hiyori's weirdness. He'd get plenty of that tonight. Grinning, Shinji jumps onto the roof landing a few feet away from Hiyori, not a second before or after midnight. He's right on time. Naturally the first thing he notices are her cuts and bruises, but he won't say anything, but he does frown when she's not looking. He places the pizza and pudding next to Hiyori. ]
Here's yer pizza and puddin'. [ He says with a snort, placing both items next to Hiyori before stepping over to sit right next to her on the other side. ] It's the perfect kinda night fer a date, ain't it, Hiyori? [ The name 'snaggletooth' comes so easily, but he stops himself from calling her that and simply smiles looking just as smug as he did when she left. ]
no subject
But she doesn't. This is far more important, she knew all to well. She gets the nerve to glance at him and quietly snort and growl.] Ain't a date, Baldy. [ It's not what she ever thought a date would be, not with her clutching onto the small yellow notebook, it takes a few depths before she knows what she needs to ask him. ]
Ya ever wonder what happened when we all went our separate in tha first fifty years? [ She breathes in and curls her arms tighter around her book before fully turning her head towards him, looking angry and fierce -- trying to fool him into seeing a facade that was put up. ] I went ta North America, yanno? I was there fer a while, was pretty nice. Workin' in bars, livin' fer no one but m'self, really only keepin' contact with Kisuke -- [ she breathed in once more, eyes closing as she focused on her next words ] Ya, ya, laugh all ya want -- but after 'bout tha first ten years 'n' crap, I started realizin' that I was lonely. So I basically made up a bunch of craptastic constellations. [ she breathed in more, keep talking, Hiyori, she told herself. ] There wasn't really a reason fer me ta fight, yanno? No reason ta train that wouldn't get me yelled at 'r somethin' by some no-good mobsters r' whatever 'n' I jus' wanted to keep m'head down n' crap -- ain't ta say I didn't kill 'em when tha creeps got fresh -- but I tried ta stay outta trouble. So I made up a story ta go wit' tha constellations n' shit. I figured ya 'n' tha rest of ya bastards wouldn't care at first, when we got back t'gether and crap. So I didn't bother mentionin' it. Hell, a few years 'fore I came back I saw Lisa 'n' crap... 'n' didn't see tha reason ta. [ she glanced back up at the sky, her hand reaching up as she traced a simple constellation, as if trying to draw her strength from the stars. ]
If I ain't fighting, Shinji, I ain't living. I get why yer so fuckin' pissy 'bout it, but I know ya 'nough ta know that even if it was twenty years from now, ya wouldn't let me. Ta worried that I'll fuckin' almost fuckin' die 'r something. I was impatient, I know that better than anyone, n' I ain't gonna change. Yer not gonna stop worryin' either, but ya gotta realize that I ain't gonna break and that stoppin' me from livin' is only goin' ta make me wanna run n' go somewhere else. [ she closed her eyes briefly, before opening them. Finally able to let the book go and slam it against his chest roughly. ] Yer a good guy fer worryin', Shinji, but I ain't gonna die yet. I got ta much ta do out here. So... Jus' read that and while I eat m'puddin' and pizza.
[ Moving her hand away from the book, letting him catch it or whatever as she shuffled around to open her butterscotch pudding and start eating it.
She figured he'd never really understand the stories -- the reason Ryuuki did what she needed to do to get through to Altair or why she ran away after Nova's death to do just that. Or the reasons why Zeonius never wanted to love again after the dragon king died -- or why Collie managed to change that. They were just stories, she reminded herself, stories that helped her quell being lonely on days where she felt like she was the only one who really knew what she needed.
She wanted to share them, she figured. The worst he could say was call her childish or whatever stupid insult he could come up with. ]

Shinji lifts an eyebrow skeptically, it's hard to picture Hiyori working in a bar, and the thought of it literally makes his stomach churn. All of those lustful eyes following her like she was a piece of meat, he could kill each and every -- Kisuke! The name hits him like a lead weight and before his thoughts can catch up he laughs loudly, snorting was more like it. His reaction is nothing more than an attempt to cover up the twinge of jealousy. Jealous of Kisuke. That is laughable.
He's not laughing when Hiyori talks about feeling lonely after ten years, and is back in listening mode. It's adorable -- Shinji doesn't say it, hell, the thought isn't even written in his expression, he wants to hear about Hiyori's constellations...
Of course as soon as she brings up needing to fight in order to live he frowns. He wouldn't be pissy about it in twenty years, he was sure (though not really), but now isn't the time to be fighting. If anything now is the time to be taking a little break; at least that is what he wants to convince Hiyori of. That's the idea when the notebook is shoved against his chest. Maybe after he let her open up she would be easier to sway.
Huh? Shinji flipped through the pages impatiently briefly scanning only a few of them before dropping the notebook on her lap carelessly. ] I ain't interested in readin'. [ He said in a flat final tone. ] And I can't imagine that's what ya brought me up here to do.
[ He wraps an arm around Hiyori pulling her close and leaning their heads together before waving above their heads toward the heavens. ] Those are yer characters, right? I can't really read that shit, so why don't you just tell me yerself? [ It's better that way anyway. ]
1/2
Starting at the beginning. She opens her mouth and starts telling him about the smoke infused lion with a bad attitude and extreme dislike for those around him, how he and his heard of sheep moved from place to place, unable to stay in one place while Nova the Fire Tigress would always swoop in to mock and tease the Lion, but everything grew to a stop when they finally admitted they were in love. She drew out all of the constellations with a finger and grunted as she finished the prequel....] S'jus' tha beginnin'...
There's Ryuuki the dragonling, she's where tha real story starts... She was raised in a field of sheep -- she always felt like a red sheep in a crowd o' sheep -- 'Cause yanno, black n' white sheep can be born -- but a red sheep? Ya, ain't happening... even though she knew she was a dragon -- all she wanted was ta fit in. Her brother Collie -- he's a lyger, but is jus' black and white like a border collie, same colorin' 'r somethin' -- he's two years younger than her, but she considers him her older brother -- but at least, yanno he could fit in? I guess. Her father White and mother Nova -- who was a rogue, by tha way-- all raised her, though she was adopted and Collie was their blood child -- she still took after Nova tha most.
Her mom's best friend, Altair, one day came by, a handsome phoenix, with eyes o' bluer than a sapphire and tha color of tha sea fer his flames-- and Ryuuki fell inlove, she was barely able ta talk tha first time she saw 'em -- but it didn't stop her, yanno? She jus' knew he'd be hers in tha future. It was important ta her-- enough ta never want anyone else seriously 'gain. He had her in tha palm of his hand and she knew it. White didn't approve -- he wanted her ta mate with some other person 'r somethin', but Nova found it fuckin' adorable, but she still went afta' him.
She was even so young compared ta him and even though he kept tellin' her ta stop trying, ta live life ta tha fullest before choosing him as her mate... She always picked herself back up and ran right inta him. She'd kill tha people that he seduced 'r somethin'... Everyone didn't even get it at first, Nova only laughed and shook her head and Altair freaked tha fuck out -- he was a phoenix with needs 'r something -- he lost his previous 'mate' due ta a shadow monster and was still tryin' ta get over it n' stuff... but tha previous mate always told 'em that there was a dragon waitin' for him, but he was terrified at tha thought that it could be someone he knew as a little baby, but he knew it was her, so he kept rejectin' her so he could keep his ground -- wait for her to be older or somehow realize that she should try ta find other people... She was havin' none-o-that, yanno? She simply told him that if she became the queen o' tha dragons that he would have ta marry her – he only laughed at her and agreed.
no subject
One day, Altair appears before Ryuuki, telling her that White had died trying ta protect the flock of sheep – going out in a fire. Ryuuki was so sad, but she picked herself up. Tellin' Altair that he had no choice now – He'd have to join her on her quest...
They had many adventures, even one ta tha fount of ever lastin' life, where they made Collie n' Zeonius drink from it. They did get married 'n' stuff. She became tha queen of the dragons ta, even though she was still the smallest dragon at that point. They even had four kids, two phoenixes and two dragons.
Not ta mention that there's a few otha stories ta go with tha main one-- but that'd take all night and I wanna finish m'fuckin' pizza. [ she finished it completely with a growl and went back to annoyedly chomping on her pizza, shoulders straight as she leaned more into Shinji with a sigh.
She fully expected him to laugh -- to mock her for even having this whole thing so well thought out. 40 years alone, she always had the time to do this, to think of what would happen. It would just come to her on days where she had nothing to do beyond relax on a hill and stare at the sky. ]

Truth be told Shinji's been thinking about their kiss all day; he wants to kiss her again and leans in, tightening his grip around her. ] Hiyori. I liked your story. [ He grins widely leaning in further bringing his lips even closer and closer... His eyes nearly cross when his eyes fall on Hiyori's mouth and the smell of pizza hits his nose. He grabs a handkerchief out of his pocket and presses it to Hiyori's mouth wiping any of the pizza sauce off of her lips before pulling away. ]

Hard--
Then scrambles backwards a bit, almost loosing her self enough to fall off the building-- she didn't, luckily.
Cheeks red as she points her finger at him and glares. ]
Whaddya tryin' ta pull, Baldy? [ that's right hiyori! make yourself sound retarded--
she flushes more and glances around.

[ Actually, Shinji knows what it was for, but in his defense her pizza breath was a huge turn off. Because he can see that she is trying to escape he only hears half of what she says. Stretching one of his long arms, he grips Hiyori's arm tightly and pulls her as close as he can without pulling her into his lap. ] Quit yer yammerin', will ya?
And eat this to wash down the pizza taste.
[ Shinji will now be trying to shove a spoonful of pudding down Hiyori's throat. ]

If ya wanted to lick it off my face, all you had to do was ask. [ He lowers his head bringing it closer to her's. ] Personally I think it'd be sexier here. [ Shinji smears Hiyori's neck and just above her collarbone with the two fingers he used to wipe the pudding from his face. ]
