Khadgar's gaze returned to the floor as he tried to relax his mind into allowing the need and want of rest to set in, but he was restless and his hands itched to do something while he mind began wandering towards the notes he had left behind.
Now that he was sitting there, next to Medivh, he didn't feel like he could watch and be justified in his staring at the ex-guardian and his mind had decided to run through simulations of what he would return too. Perhaps the Warlocks summoned another demon and this time it would -- he stopped short and his face turned a paler shade in near fear.
"There... is something we do need to discuss before any visits can be had..." He was dreading the reaction he was going to receive for Medivh finding out of Demon Hunters and admittedly, the more crazy of the two in his opinion, warlocks. "Warlocks, like Gul'dan are among the ranks of this world's champions. It is a common place to find them with their demons nearby and the casual use of Fel magic..." That would probably be the harder sell, really. "They are fighting for us, but I feel I need to warn you not to react adversely. I do not condone what they do, but I am not in any position to tell them what they can or cannot do. There are also..."
He sighed.
"How much do you know of Illidan Stormrage, Medivh?"
no subject
Medivh glanced at Khadgar, frowning at his facial expression. Before he could ask what was wrong - his old apprentice's words caused him to frown further with concern. Something they needed to discuss before any visit...what?
The first sentence out of Khadgar's mouth caused all the color to drain from Medivh's face, his eyes wide and blazing with visible outrage. The change in mood was so incredibly fast, going from concerned to raging - as palpable as a thunderstorm around the ex-Guardian. His posture immediately tensed, straightening ramrod straight as a muscle in his jaw worked - words fighting to burst forth from his bloodless lips.
Casual use of fel magic? Demons nearby???
The Magus jerked from the couch - looming over it. Don't act adversely??
"THE FOOLS!" He thundered, turning away from Khadgar, muscles tensed and straining as his fists clenched tightly. "All the efforts of keeping the fel from Azeroth over aeons and it was ALL FOR NAUGHT!" He punctuated this by upending the table in a paroxysm of rage. It partially splintered when it hit the wall in a loud echo of noise. He was not just talking of the Guardians of Tirisfal (of which he failed in that duty utterly) - but other factions that worked on keeping the demons out since the Great Sundering. "You might as well let in the entire Legion in! Invite Sargeras for tea!" He raged, kicking at the remains of a table leg which knocked over a chair.
He stood there, panting raggedly. The question about Illidan Stormrage had registered but he had no idea why Khadgar would ask such a thing. He mulled over an answer - attempting to calm down. But it was hard, knowing that such...people if they could be called such...were allowed to just wander free or even alive.
"Brother to Malfurian Stormrage. Known as the Betrayer to his people. Locked away for 10,000 years...Why do you ask such a thing?" He snapped finally, voice hoarse. He of course knew of Illidan in the Nexus though he did not interact with him directly.

Medivh was like the sea, he realized. Raging one minute then calm the next, there was no true way to predict the weather that the oceans would bring them on a voyage.
Then came the words he suspected he would hear from the ex-guardian's mouth, exactly what most had known before hand. This would not be as hard of a sell as Warlocks, he surmised, well he hoped so at least.
"Because his Illidari will also be around, they've joined the campaign against the Legion. The warlocks, while troublesome and doing things they shouldn't, are also a part of that campaign, Medivh. Perhaps the view of Fel is not so cut and dry as we had thought back then. Just..." He sighed. "Do not interact with what's left of the counsel of them."
no subject
"The Fel is the Fel." He said finally, voice hard as he made a cutting motion with his hand, pausing to look at Khadgar with pain in his stormy green eyes. "You know the consequences of it. What it does to the world. What it does to a person. What it did to me. Even I could not fight it. Do you not recall what I have done?" His voice grew more pained as he spoke, turning away again to pace once more.
No. He wasn't going to go ballistic and kill every damned warlock in Dalaran or Stormwind, even though he greatly wanted to. But he was going to watch and wait...and at any sign of betrayal he would be there. So help him he was not going to fail Azeroth again. Never!
The Magus finally stopped, pressing his hands to the wall and leaning into it - spent. His head hung low - hair obscuring his face.

He didn't know what he was planning to do, he realized standing behind Medivh and then closed his eyes and pressed himself against Medivh's back, wrapping his arms around the mage's waist in a hug. This, this seemed what would calm Medivh from whatever ledge he placed himself on when dealing with the past.
He could feel Medivh's heart through his back from where he rested his forehead, the steady pulse lulling him into simply reacting without thinking, it would probably be for the best. He tried his best to shift the hair from between his nose and the back without moving his arms from where they were latched around the Magus's waist.
"Trust me Medivh, that is all you have to do now."
no subject
He was vaguely aware of Khadgar approaching from behind, and when the other mage leaned into his back the Magus literally shuddered in the other man's hold. The tension slowly bled from him, leaving an aching sadness in it's wake. Grief and remorse both. He didn't make a sound, but the breath that shuddered from his lungs betrayed his turmoil.
Khadgar's soft words caused him to lower his face into a hand as his broad shouldered frame trembled slightly. Hard to see visibly, but the Archmage would be able to feel it. After a long few moments, he slowly moved a hand to grasp the other mage's arms around his waist - trying to absorb some of that certainty. That hope that Khadgar seemed to have.
"I....I always have." He whispered softly - voice thickened with emotion.
no subject
His arms tightened around Medivh as the breath rattled the mage's frame, then gripped more firmly as the older man had begun trembling. He was not sure what else he could do beyond hold him there and try to use this simple hug as a way to calm him down. The hand that grasped his arms made him take his own sharp inhale before he slowly began to release Medivh. With his arms loosened enough, he slowly turned the Magus to face him.
Blue eyes were wrought with despair and worry, but he only kept his gaze to Medivh's for a short while before he stepped back in and this time, burrowed his face against Medivh's collar bone, hugging him much more than he had from behind. This was better, so much better for Khadgar's mind.
"Then you know that I would not purposely steer you wrong," he finally said, voice soft and low, though muffled by how tightly Khadgar pressed his face against Medivh's chest.
no subject
Only his ex-Apprentice was able to undo him so much. He had never shown this much of himself to anyone.
This time, it was Medivh who uttered a soft noise when Khadgar moved in to embrace him tightly with face pressed to his collarbone. He vaguely was aware of sighing Khadgar's name as he grasped the other mage back, closing his eyes. Tears burned in his lids, as he struggled to contain his rampant emotions and retain some dignity. He had leaned back, shifting until both of them were leaning on the wall at his back. Surrendering, Medivh rested his head on Khadgar's eyes scrunched tight as he pressed his face to the other man's hair.
"Forgive me." He found himself murmuring. "Please forgive me." His voice sounded small to his ears as he expressed his remorse for many things. His current outburst - and the ones from the past. The curse that he had inflicted on him. All of it.
no subject
There was nothing that Khadgar had to forgive Medivh for, things were out of both of their control most of the time they knew each other and well, Khadgar could admit that every previous grievance was tossed out the minute he had realized that it was truly the Magus before him. But he knew he had to answer, even if it was just another action to give.
Slowly, one arm unwound from its place around the ex-guardian's waist and snaked itself up to the back of Medivh's head. He pulled his own head away and brought their foreheads together in a light touch, bright blue eyes soft with mirth that Medivh thought Khadgar hadn't forgiven him for something.
"Medivh," he spoke softly closing his eyes as he drew his thoughts together, "you have nothing to be sorry for."
no subject
"Don't I?" He replied, voice faint. "I cursed a 17 year old youth to be trapped in an elderly body before they had a chance to live. To love. I took the life of those who served me here. I betrayed them. Everyone. Even Azeroth itself as I worked to doom it." He shook his head, closing his eyes and unable to look at the Archmage.
"No. I have much to be sorry for. To regret. All I can do now is to fight with every last breath within me to stop it from happening again. To finally stop all of this suffering..."
no subject
Deep breaths as Khadgar formulated his next web of words to sling at the man, sighing as he did realize what to say. "I have lived for 30 years since that day. I have loved, once a long time ago as well. You did not take those things from me."
"The paths one takes is always going to be filled with regrets, this life has casualties no matter which way things go." Khadgar tried to swallow the lump that was stuck in his throat.
He was quickly becoming aware that he was complete rubbish at attempting comfort and instead scrunched his brows together as he tried to scrabble at something that would fix this.
"Medivh, trust me," he decided to go with, repeating that one phrase again, "trust me."
no subject
He knew that what he said was true. And the rational part of him knew that it wasn't himself, but Sargeras that did those things. Using his body as a vehicle. But still. To know he caused people he loved such pain....it hurt.
One hand reached up, fingers shaking, and fussed at Khadgar's hair slightly - brushing back his hair from his forehead and straightening the collar of his tunic. Restlessly touching his cheek then hair again as he nodded, eyes bright, latching on to those words.
Always. He was unable to say it, for his voice failed him - but Khadgar would know.
He still wasn't sure what to think about all this 'fel on the side of the light' business...but one thing at a time.
no subject
Softly, Khadgar sighed the others name and moved from where their foreheads were touching and instead he pressed his head against the side of Medivh's neck. Of course his hand never left where it had been cradling the back of Medivh's neck, though he did move it so he could properly hug the ex-Guardian.
It was so completely intimate that Khadgar suddenly wanted to withdraw and stare at Medivh like he wasn't sure what was going on. He didn't however, instead he took in a shaky breath and asked himself what this was. This was not how a mentor and student would act when they were reunited after a long time and it was more than just old friends.
Suddenly he blamed himself for how it felt like much more than just comfort for the elder mage. He had started this embrace and he was the one who reached up to press their foreheads together and the one who reminded the near tears Medivh that he could trust Khadgar. His throat tightened and yes, his grip tightened around the Magus in his sudden worry.
There was so much he could feel on the tip of his tongue and he bit it to keep himself from blurting out how much he had wanted to do what they currently were every day for the last 30 years.
no subject
Before he even realized it, he had gripped the Archmage tighter. This was so tender. So intimate. Such things he rarely got to experience. It hit the Magus then just how intimate it really was. This was more like the actions of lovers, not mentor and student or even close friends. Medivh had been too entrenched in duty to take a lover - accepting the fact that such a life was not for him. Plus it would be too dangerous for a partner to be with him. But that didn't mean that there were times that his body didn't want it. Even now, of its own accord, his body stirred. Thankfully due to the negative emotions that had clouded the moments previous - it wasn't as...bothersome. But it was enough to get Medivh thinking.
What is happening? What does this mean?
Ultimately - Medivh didn't feel any averse emotion about this. It would be something he'd have to process and think about. Feel it out. But it was something he was starting to realize had been always there. Though unregistered.
The thoughts about all this and the physical contact did much to calm him, and he was able to compose himself after a companionable silence. Though his heart thundered in his ribs and well....his body was somewhat confused as to what was happening. Should he....act on it? Or wait and emotionally regroup. Emotions were high for both of them and the Magus was not certain if acting on any spontaneous urges was wise. But...the thought was there.
He sighed softly, breath brushing at Khadgar's hair as he rubbed at the other mage's back slightly in a brief affectionate gesture. "Khadgar..." He murmured close to his ear - voice more felt than heard. There was so much to say, but he was not sure how to say it. It wasn't just what was happening between them now but....everything. "Perhaps we should move back to the couch. I don't think resting standing up would be comfortable." His tones were gently teasing. He didn't want to part from the Archmage - at at least wanted to convey that he was okay with this. It was just....all the other changes to Azeroth and the campaign against the Legion that hung over his shoulders like a cloud.
Khadgar was the constant. That rock that held everything in place. Trustworthy, courageous, and compassionate. Medivh would always be grateful for just how much the Archmage made such a difference in his life.

He rationalized that it was probably a product of Medivh being touched like this for the first time in a long time, it was what he would chalk his own body's reaction in reponse at least.
Thoughts began to flutter through his head on a simple urge to offer to help him with that, as a friend who knew how annoying it was to get one and it not going away. It would also relax him, he could say to sway him. Khadgar's stomach twisted and it made him almost want to hate himself for sinking to that low of a though.
Medivh whispered his name against his ear, feeling the word more than hearing it. His ears flamed red and forced Khadgar's back go ramrod straight out of no where and then came the gentle teasing of the fact that they should probably move back to the couch. Khadgar assumed it was a reference to the fact that he had suggested they rest in the first place.
Fighting down the urge to tell him that he was quite comfortable where he was, the Archmage murmured his own, "of course," right against the skin of the Magus's neck. His breath had been undoubtedly hot and a small part of him hoped it made Medivh's issue even harder as he did not want to let go in the slightest.
He could be such a child when it came to the elder mage.
Slowly and reluctantly, Khadgar untangled himself from Medivh and was unrepentant in there being more contact than was necessary. His lips perhaps had dragged against skin and his hands had moved to Medivh's hips to push himself off of the others body.
When finally apart with maybe three feet between them, Khadgar finally opened his blue eyes and gave an apologetic and sheepish smile up at him. He didn't open his mouth to utter any such things though he moved to the side and gestured for Medivh to go ahead to the couch.
"I am going to get something to read it may help me settle properly, I'll be brief."
The Archmage didn't wait for a response and took long steps to get out of the room, though he paused briefly and glanced at Atiesh... well, he didn't think he would really need it if the candles had not died down completely. The brief pause was interrupted by a shake of his head as if physically saying he didn't need it and would make due either way and he strode off and back out into the library.
It had been a thinly disguised need to flee and get his mind in order, out of all those wants that had no place at this point in time or any other really. It had been selfish and the Legion was knocking at Azeroth's gates. What sort of mage would he be if he couldn't control himself even a little?
His body was traitorous and really began to ache as he continued through the near darkness to choose a book. What a mess he was. Had he forgotten everything he stood for just from a few touches from the ex-Guardian? Was he still that much of a love sick whelp that he'd take any chance he was given just to be near him? Clearly he was.
Deep blue eyes were stormy and his mouth settled into a thin line as he mentally berated himself before finding a book he had yet to read. With one hand holding the book, the other latched onto a shelf and he curved his back so he could find some sort of peace.
Medivh would be returning to Dalaran with him, he would take the Magus to meet Anduin Llane Wrynn and may even suggest the ex-gaurdian tell the newly crowned king stories about the men he was named after. Things Varian wouldn't be able to have told him or him, really.
The rage began to melt out of him as he thought of how bright Medivh's eyes would be to see the Tram to Ironforge or the new park that had been built to clean up what was left of the attack of Deathwing. Let him meet the Draenei that would be around so he could see that many had survived and joined the Alliance. He would introduce him to the Pandaren representative as well.
Upset and worry flooded out of him like a faucet had been turned on, leaving him ready to return to the elder mage without worrying too much about what had happened. Though, he found his body being still stubborn and resisting to settle, as just the mental image of Medivh's green eyes lighting up at what Stormwind had become seemed to do just as much as the intimate hugging had.
He squinted at the book in the lowlight of the library once more, sighed softly to himself and tucked it under his arm as he moved back towards the small room. He hoped his old master would still be there, he wasn't sure how he'd feel about the situation if he had just left him there with no trace.
Carefully, Khadgar would peek in and wave the book with a small smile just in case Medivh had upped and left.

It appeared his ex-Apprentice had been affected similarly to him. Well. But that thought quickly got replaced with the distraction of Khadgar's hands moving down to his hips. Lingering before he moved away. He wants this. Medivh realized, heart racing. He was mildly amused at himself - feeling suddenly like he was the teenager that he hadn't been able to be before and not a man in his mid-forties.
When Khadgar met his eyes, he would find Medivh staring at him intently with an almost curiosity. Considering and contemplative. A flush was warming his pale, hawklike features as he licked suddenly dry lips. Before he could do or say anything however, Khadgar quickly ducked from the room, saying that he was going to find a book to settle with. Medivh simply stood, staring at the door - mind working over time and starting to be more aware of the arousal warming his senses and awakening them. Making them heightened.
After weighing his options, situations and possible outcomes, the Magus came to his decision. Once the man committed to one, he tended to throw himself at it wholeheartedly. There was no halfway for the charismatic Medivh.
Quickly, he moved about the small chamber - moving his hands about as he used magic to quickly move any debris on the floor to a corner so as to not cut their feet. His bare feet barely made a whisper on the stone floor. Next, he banked the fire in the brazier - dimming the room to darkness. There was enough light to not be pitch black, but it would hopefully help turn off their overactive minds - helping them feel instead. He found himself wondering if Khadgar was really looking for a book or if he had found a corner to take care of his body's needs. The thought only made his own body get more excited. It had been a long time since he had gotten like this. Feeling warm, the Magus tugged off his sleeveless tunic and waited, sitting in the shadows by the door in just his loose trousers.
The moment Khadgar returned with a book in hand, Medivh waited until he had stepped past the threshold into the darkness and through his wards before he moved. He grabbed the other man with a gentle though firm grip - pulling him deeper into the room. Medivh just hoped that his theorizing was correct, or this was going to get really uncomfortable and fast. If his face was to be glimpsed in the near darkness - his expression was intent and focused with his usual passion when on to something; green eyes glittering in the dark.
Then suddenly they met the wall by the lounge couch - and Medivh pushed Khadgar up against it, pressing his taller frame into the Archmage as he ducked his head to tease the Mage's throat and collarbone with parted lips and the slight brush of beard and teeth. His breath was hot, and shaking slightly as he nuzzled against Khadgar's jaw. His body and a hand partially kept him pinned, while the other expressive hand caressed firmly along the lean torso - grasping a hip tightly before curled finger tips teased along a clothed thigh, slowly heading towards the erection he knew was there.

He didn't see Medivh coming, but he felt him like the storm finally hit him and he was stuck out in it. It was overwhelming to the younger mage, felt like it was drowning him under whatever that feeling was.
To say he wasn't expecting to find himself pressed up against a wall with lips and teeth at his neck, was an understatement. It did make him realize what the feeling was however, only confirming it at a brief glance at Medivh's face.
It was want.
"Medivh," Khadgar near whimpered, brows scrunching and blue eyes flicking back down at the man. He wanted to ask what he was doing, what made him decide to nearly attack him with sensation. Everybtime he opened his mouth only sharp breaths were let out and soft, barely there noises.
His other hand moved toward the Magus and yes, he forgot to release the book before he bonked Medivh lightly with it, but it dropped to the floor immediately after so he could grab at a shoulder gently squeeze it in his grip.
It was too late when he realized where the other mage's hand was going and instead of stopping him like he intended... Khadgar moved to grab the loose black and grey hair in his hand and pull so Medivh would look at him.
Even in the darkness it was clear that the younger man's ears, face and neck were flushed and those blue eyes burned into Medivh with his own brand of want. But Khadgar decided to that if this was going to happen, he would not be passive no matter how much experience he lacked in this area. Khadgar was always a quick study after all.

The book thumping into his shoulder elicited a sudden chuckle from the Magus's throat - not expecting that and finding it quite amusing. The vibration of his laugh was not loud, but enough to move through the man beneath him. He heard the book hit the floor before a hand grasped his bare shoulder, and he grinned against the heated skin beneath his mouth. He nipped just beneath his ear almost playfully, before soothing with his tongue.
His hand was just teasing at the warmth of Khadgar's inner thigh and about to head upwards when he felt a hand grab a fistful of his hair and tug. Medivh uttered a surprised, though not unpleased grunt and raised his head, blinking down at Khadgar nose to nose with him. He saw the flush on the other man's face and the look in those blue eyes. His green eyes searched, and then something in him relaxed slightly, though definitely not physically. He still held Khadgar firmly in place. The grin he offered his ex-Apprentice with the pleased slitted eyes looked almost predatory - though this time, there was no demon lord tainting it.
He leaned in - just enough so that their lips were almost touching - sending tingles of anticipation racing along his skin and down his spine. Just before they could touch, he shifted - grazing teeth gently along the edge of his chin - shamelessly teasing in light touches and gauging the Archmage's reaction. Likewise, just as his hand was going to brush over Khadgar's groin, it moved upwards - caressing firmly on his chest and belly, finger tips seeking places to tease as he full palmed stroked.

Their lips had almost been touching and that hand had almost gone where he needed it most, but Medivh's denied him as it was in his nature to do as such. Khadgar did not grace his actions with more than a soft snort because that would be giving him what he wanted.
The surprisingly calloused hand gripped hard in the white streaked black hair yanked at the strands with a much harder grip, intending to draw his head away from his neck so he could...
Well, Khadgar descended fast to Medivh's through, taking his time to taste the skin there as he had wanted to for such a long time. He moved towards the side of Medivh's Adam's apple and took his chance to swipe his tongue on a spot before he began to nip and suck at the spot instead. He moved to another spot against the spot just under the corner of his bearded jaw and starred all over again
He kept the hand in the others hair continuously pulling, not in an overtly painful way but as a warning that he wanted him to stay like that for a while.
A sound he made surprised himself, almost like a moan and growl against the flesh. He wasn't expecting that to come out of him just because he wanted to keep Medivh in place. But, perhaps he shouldn't have been surprised at all. He was getting to do this period and he tested the grip on his other arm to see if he could add that hand to the sudden exploration.
Medivh's body was equisite and maybe, just maybe Khadgar forgot all about the scars that he and Lothar had left upon him to focus on finding out what would make the elder mage response like he had been minutes before.
no subject
Oh...OH!
Khadgar had taken advantage of his exposed throat - and Medivh's frame shuddered as his mouth fell open in both surprise and pleasure. His breath came out in low hum of a noise, hitching as he sucked it back in. It was like his entire body was being zapped as his nerves jangled with sensations. He pressed closer to Khadgar, bracing himself on the wall behind them while the hand drifting over the Archmage's torso slid along his shoulder and neck to caress the side of his face and through the soft hair on the back of his head. He wasn't pinning down Khadgar's hands per se, in case the other mage wanted to surprise him some more.
He uttered another soft grunt as he attempted to move his head. But apparently Khadgar wanted to keep him like this for now - so he allowed it - breath quickened and a little uneven. He heard that sound Khadgar made and it went right to his throbbing arousal, which was currently straining his trousers. He dragged his nails lightly along Khadgar's scalp - uttering a soft echo of a pleased growl in his throat.

His free hand snuck around to place itself flat against the Magus's stomach, slowly sliding it down to tease along the edge of his pant line, some time letting a finger just dip under the band to tease the other man. In truth, the younger man was a little unsure of moving to far without confirmation but he held that away and thoight about the fact that he was even doing this with Medivh at all.
Releasing the strands within his grasp, Khadgar took his chance to bite down properly on the side of his neck and only pulled back to see if he had made the mark he wanted. Oh, he was smug when he realized he had left a good few of them, but the newest one would definitely be there the longest.
If tonight was truly the night of him doing this, we'll there was something he wanted to try. He wondered how Medivh's erection would feel in his hand and mouth. He licked his bottom lip with a quick swipe of his mouth before smiling at Medivh in a self satisfied way.
It was then he realized he wasn't sure how to proceed that while acting on urges worked, he would have to fight back his brain from trying to remember every little thing that Medivh liked and didn't like.
The hand that had previously been entangled in the ex-Guardian's hair had brushed the soft locks aside and cupped his hand over the back of Medivh's neck. Slowly, he drew Medivh back in, got so close to kissing him. His lips barely brushing over the taller's and then he dodged away much like Medivh hand and nuzzled up under the others bearded chin.
That devious hand however, teased his finger tips just under the edge of his pants one last time and moved to instead hesitantly press over the others bulge with the clever hand. He squeezed lightly, mind slightly boggling over the size because oh, wow his imagination was wrong. Maybe it was just the fact that it was the real thing and not another conjured fantasy that made him think that he had been so pleasantly wrong about it and this, well this was definitely better.

"Uhnn..." Came the unbidden sound from his throat when Khadgar both let his hair go and bit down on the side of his neck. No doubt, he added a mark to add to the collection he all ready had. His eyes were shut when the Archmage had pulled away, so he didn't see that expression. Before he could mentally regroup, he felt just the barest brush of their noses as Khadgar leaned in, and the Magus sucked in a breath, knowing his lips were right there. The touches to his neck and hair were wonderful and he stilled a moment when Khadgar did the same teasing trick he did earlier, moving away and nuzzling under his chin. The little.... Well! We'll see about that Apprentice.
The hand that had now gripped his hard on through his pants only made him more determined to show just who was the one with more experience here (though to be honest, Khadgar was surprising him and delightfully so). The Magus shivered as he rolled in a subtle sinuous movement into that hand. He would have to be careful though because he would probably not last long if the other man kept that up. Time for a distraction!
Shoving him a little harder into the wall, Medivh's hand slid down Khadgar's chest before snaking back up again - holding his throat to keep the other man in place. No, he was not adding pressure to affect the other man's breathing - nor was he using his nails. The touch was firm, but obviously careful. The action was rather spontaneous since the Archmage didn't have as much hair to grab as he did. Medivh used this brief surprise to dive in for a heated kiss. This time there was no teasing.
Unpracticed though he may be - getting kissed by Medivh was much like the Master Mage himself. Unpredictable, mercurial, very powerful and far from subtle. Tender and sensual one moment, and suddenly rough the next as his teeth nibbled and pinched gently. And apparently he was just as talented with his tongue as he was using it to scathe verbally with sharp wit.
no subject
It wasn't uncomfortable, nor was the fast hawk-like precision in which Medivh moved to strike hard. Khadgar would not admit to the sound that he made to Medivh kissing him. It was soft, surprised and needy as Khadgar attempted to gain his foot hold in this action. Fast and hard, slow and probing, it was making Khadgar's head spin and he whined as he thumped his head against the wall to draw back for air.
That would show his lack of experience, he thought as he panted open mouthed and flicked his tongue over his lips. His eyelids were drooped and those bright blue eyes had a dazed glaze over his eyes as he focused on what he thought of that. Medivh kissed how he lived, going from whatever mood he pleased and dominating the things he touched. Oh, it wasn't an unkind domination unless you were so unlucky to be on his bad-side, but it was still him forcing the other person to submit.
Khadgar was well and truly screwed, he realized as his eyes fell back on Medivh's mouth. He debated on how to draw him back in and remind Medivh that he would always be a quick study and oh so eager to learn. The hand cupping the back of the older man's neck drew the other back in and he slowly, tentatively kissed him back.
It was nothing like how Medivh's kiss went in so much as it was painfully slow and studious learning what he could just from trying new things. His teeth grazed over the Magus's bottom lip, followed by a tongue and well... he took the chance to suck on it a little bit while he learnt. No one could not say that even in this situation that Khadgar was not thorough.

Their breaths mingled in the dark when Khadgar's head fell away and thumped lightly on the wall with that exquisite whimper. The Magus' eyes glinted in the dark as he grinned toothily at him, keeping his hold on the other man's throat. His lips still tingled from Khadgar's mouth. And he wanted more of it.
It appeared his ex-Apprentice wanted the same thing, because the hand around the back of his neck drew him closer so that they could connect again. Medivh allowed him to take control of the kiss for the moment, though he kept his hand on the other man's throat as a 'reminder'. He hummed a soft sound of approval in his throat as he absorbed himself in the slower, more probing kiss - the only other sounds being their parted lips joining in the dark. The Magus could feel Khadgar's pulse raging against his palm - matching the frenetic cadence of his own heart. He rather enjoyed those touches of teeth and tongue - and at one point, took over the kiss without changing the pace - just so he could suckle on the Archmage's tongue with a low sound of want.
This experiment was turning out better than he had imagined. He was more than pleased that he guessed Khadgar's needs correctly. They both needed this. He broke the kiss, happy to nuzzle along the other man's jaw with agonizing slowness and relishing the panting of the other man beneath him. He finally made it to an ear, drawing a lobe into his mouth and biting down gently but firmly with his teeth - soothing it with his tongue after to dull the pain. His hand on Khadgar's throat pushed his chin up, with the same gentle firmness as before as he explored and took his time.
With his hands and mouth being so occupied - an idea struck him - and he acted on it without much thought. With a quick movement - he kept Khadgar pinned while he briefly reached down and grabbed the man's hips - hefting him bodily up the wall so that they were better aligned for him to grind his throbbing arousal into the other. Medivh could be surprisingly strong when he wanted to be. Oh...Yes.... Yes perfect. He rolled hard again with almost a feral noise in his throat - breath and mouth hot on the Archmage's ear.

He flushed even more, snapping his mouth shut and was glad the hand on his throat kept his head tilted up as he thought it was easier to swallow the noises back.
What he wasn't expecting, however, was Medivh picking him up and aligning their groins and rocking against him unrepentantly. That-- He had never felt anything quite like that and it punched another groan out if him. It was desperate and had Khadgar's hands flying to Medivh's shoulders. His fingertips and nails dug into the muscles, unsure if he should push him away or draw him closer.
He tested the waters himself taking the chance to roll his own hips against the Magus's, biting back the noise that half formed and gripped the muscled shoulders that much tighter.
Khadgar wanted to lean in, to bite at Medivh's neck again and grapple for a little more of control, but the feral glint in the dark haired mage's eyes told him that he was dealing with a force of nature he hadn't learnt to control. He doubted there was anyone who could truly control Medivh, even Sargeras had moments where the mercurial mage slipped through and gleaned a small bit of control back.
Panting open with his mouth open, Khadgar saw the brief chance at gathering some control back and shifted so he could drag his teeth and tongue over the unmarked side of the mage's throat. Of course, it would've just been easier if he let Medivh have the control he wanted with no challenge, but Khadgar was never one to just sit around and not question the ex-Guardian in some form.
