thelastguardian: (Through My Eyes)

Medivh lounged patiently, watching Khadgar with piercing green eyes and keeping his face calm and neutral. It was strange, watching him like this. The teenager that Khadgar used to be was poignantly visible in his body language and expression, and it caused a strange tug of emotions within the Magus. And memory. Despite the possession of Sargeras clouding all of them, he still had positive memory regarding the Archmage in his youth. He instantly felt a desire to protect and nurture. But at the same time to mold and create. In a fashion he had all ready done so - judging by the power he sensed within the other man.

Strange, how emotions worked.

Khadgar's touch to his thigh pulled him from his inner musings, and his green eyes flicked to watch the man's hand slide along his skin, up his side to stop at a particular spot he didn't have to look at to know exactly what was there. It marked the place where his ex-Apprentice had ran him through and pierced his heart. It was a memory that he would never forget. He could almost still feel the white hot kiss of steel slide between his ribs. He shivered slightly at the memory. He wasn't expecting Khadgar to bend down and kiss the scar marking that memory though, and he blinked in surprise, his chest constricting with sudden emotion.

Seeing the lopsided, sheepish grin, Medivh reached up and rested a hand on his white haired head. His own eyes held a quiet sadness and understanding. He knew. Even now, he was still grateful for what the Archmage had done so many years ago. He tried to show that by returning the brief kiss to his lips.

He remained still when Khadgar turned to get comfortable, nestling his back into his chest. The Magus shifted as well to aid in the comfort of both of them, holding his arms around the other mage and sliding them around his middle without pinning the other man's arms - leaving him free to move. He could almost taste the silent anxiety in the other man and he gently soothed a palm over the other man's stomach and chest.

"Hush..." He whispered by his ear - the word a mere breath in a soft shh. His beard brushed against Khadgar's skin as he gently kissed his temple and rested his head against his white hair. Hearing his name on Khadgar's lips like that pulled something in him. So many un-named things but potently felt. The Magus held him close and flush against him - his warmth, soft hair, breath and heartbeat a constant presence.

"It is all right..." He soothed softly, his tones very soft. "No need to be anxious. I merely want to tend to your needs." His fingers skirted the muscle of Khadgar's chest - skirting his nipples with the edge of his nails gently, not knowing if they would be as sensitive as a woman's. This was new territory for him.

"Tell me what you want." He murmured. "Tell me how you like it." He wanted to make Khadgar's nerves sing, just as much as his own did.
