As Lothar rests his palm between his shoulder blades, where the stress knotted the muscle far too tight, Llane smiles warmly to himself. He supposes that Taria always knew what was best for him and always gave him reason to never doubt her abilities. His eyes close as the rubbing starts and curves his back while reaching across the table to nab a figurine that denoted a troop and rolled it between his fingers.
"Strengthen support along the edges of Redridge," he suggested suddenly and broke away from the pleasant half-massage he had been getting, "along the edges of Elwynn forrest as well. Evacuate both, to Stormwind or Westfall. Stormwind would be the obvious choice. But if we could protect the border of Duskwood and Stranglethorn... Westfall would be a good place to have people to go."
He gestured with one hand, tracing what he meant on the map below with the hand that clutched the figurine. Trying to think of how to explain more of what he meant, his eyes briefly lifted to Lothar's and a brown brow raised to see if he was still following.
"If it is possible to do this in Westfall, we could have boats ready for our people get out of the fray should they bring their forces there first. A simple beacon system would be enough to allow those there plenty of time to escape and be safe."
Llane placed the figurine down, cupping his hands along the raised edges of the table and took the chance to properly gaze at his friend.

"What do you think?"
