Once the flecks faded from his vision, he saw the emotions flicker across Khadgar's face. He wished to approach him and reach out. To at least show he was real - but he dared not step any closer. Disbelief and the sense of being under threat hung around the Archmage like a cloud. He remained silent, as Khadgar continued to deny his presence.
At the statement that he was dead, Medivh sighed slightly with a slow nod.
"Yes." He said, voice soft as he regarded the other man with quiet sadness. A tiredness as if the world was forever on his shoulders. In fact, something similar was in Khadgar's posture. "Yes, I was. My Mother used the last of her powers to bring me back. Apparently not even death was an end for me."
